- All purchases made at Neema’s Kitchen eClass website can be used for Individual / Personal use only.
- While purchasing & downloading from Neema’s Kitchen eClass website, you are agreeing that downloaded content will NOT be used for any professional / profitable / business / money making purpose without written permission from Neema.
- Any item(s) purchased and/or downloaded from Neema’s Kitchen website and/or from Neema’s Kitchen eClass website and/or its content(s) can NOT be transmitted/Transferred to another party as a Hard copy and/or Soft copy by Electronically and/or Physically and/or by any other means what so ever.
- Once an item has been purchased / downloaded No Refund, what so ever, will be issued under any circumstances.
Neema’s Kitchen reserve the right to amend the above Terms & Conditions anytime, as and when deemed necessary.
Legal dispute, if any, arising with The Bungalow Heritage Homestay and/or with Neema’s Kitchen and/or with Neema’s Kitchen eClass shall be dealt in Courts of Law in Ernakulam district of Kerala State of Republic of India.
